Yes. Every enquiry starts with a free virtual consultation, a relaxed video call where we talk through what you need, what it would cost, and whether we are a good fit. There is no charge and no obligation to go ahead afterwards.
On Demand support is charged at a flat £35 an hour, which is ideal for one-off tasks or a trial run before you commit to anything ongoing. All other services are priced on application, because the scope is genuinely different for every business. You will always get a clear price in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises and no added stress.
