Cookie policy.

What this site stores on your device, and what it doesn’t.

Last updated 25 August 2026

In short: this website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and there is nothing here that follows you around the internet.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and in many cases to track visitors across different websites for advertising purposes.

What this site uses

This is a deliberately simple website. It does not set advertising cookies, it does not use Google Analytics or any similar visitor-tracking product, and it does not embed social media tracking pixels.

The only technologies in use are:

Essential hosting cookies
My hosting provider may set a short-lived cookie to route traffic correctly, protect the site against automated abuse, and process enquiry form submissions. These are strictly necessary for the site to function and do not identify you personally.
Google Fonts
The typefaces used on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser makes a request to Google, which processes your IP address in order to deliver the font files. No cookie is set for this purpose.

Third-party links

My Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook links are ordinary links, not embeds, so nothing from those platforms loads until you choose to click through. Once you are on their site, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Because this site uses no non-essential cookies, doing so will not affect how it works for you. Guidance for each major browser is available at aboutcookies.org.
