Hi! I am Megan Detheridge, founder of MFD Virtual Assistant Solutions. I work with business owners who want to change the world (or even just their world) but need to create more time for their entrepreneurial spirit to thrive.

I know how hard this can be. I started MFD in order to do just that; change the world whilst showing the best of it to my two children. As a mother in my twenties, I found it increasingly difficult to juggle childcare, work, and the general guilt of not feeling able to model a healthy balance for my two girls. Together, let’s be a part of the changing narrative of working parenthood.

I specialise in providing strategic business management solutions, leveraging corporate governance, administration and project expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth for our clients. I strive to bring calm back to business owners by delivering results that align with your business goals through tailored, innovative approaches.

I have spent six years in NHS administration, corporate roles and startup support. I have a BA Hons Degree in English Literature, and I am PRINCE2 Foundation Qualified.

That grounding in governance, administration and project work is what I draw on for every client, bringing order to busy environments and keeping the detail handled behind the scenes.
